According to the pilot work plan, by the end of 2020, the province will cultivate more than 10 steel structure backbone enterprises with an annual output of more than 1 billion yuan, and start construction of more than 20 steel structure prefabricated housing demonstration projects.By 2021, a mature system of prefabricated housing construction with steel structure will be gradually formed, and the whole industrial chain of steel structure production, design, construction and installation will be promoted.

It is understood that jiangxi will give priority to the use of steel structure in government investment or leading housing projects, and encourage real estate development enterprises to use steel structure technology to develop residential areas.In combination with rural revitalization and renovation of dilapidated rural houses, we will guide the majority of villagers to adopt steel structure system for housing construction.

In addition, jiangxi encourages pilot areas to speed up the upstream and downstream, standardized linkage of steel structure prefabricated housing, support competent enterprises to integrate upstream and downstream industrial resources, guide traditional building materials enterprises to transform to new building materials enterprises, and vigorously develop new green building materials such as new wall panels, floors, doors and Windows that are compatible with steel structure prefabricated housing.
