Six cities and states in sichuan will launch pilot projects to build prefabricated housing with steel structures

Recently, the provincial department of housing and urban-rural development issued the "implementation plan of sichuan province's steel prefabricated housing construction pilot work", and announced the first batch of steel prefabricated housing construction pilot enterprises demonstration project list, chengdu, mianyang, yibin, guang 'an, ganzi, liangshan six cities and states will carry out the steel prefabricated housing construction pilot.

"Implementation plan" proposes that by 2022, the province will cultivate 6-8 steel structure backbone enterprises with an annual capacity of 80,000-100,000 tons, cultivate 2-3 key laboratories or engineering technology research centers of steel structure industry, and cultivate more than 10 new wall materials and prefabricated decoration materials enterprises of steel structure prefabricated housing construction.More than 5 million square meters of prefabricated steel housing will be built.The pilot cities and states have completed 3-5 demonstration projects of prefabricated steel housing and 1-2 demonstration villages of prefabricated light steel housing.

According to specific pilot tasks, the implementation plan specifies that no less than one new demonstration project will be launched in applied industrial bases every year.Based on the integration of research and development, parts manufacturing, supporting products production and other related capabilities, 1-2 steel structure prefabricated housing technology system and no less than 5 construction methods have been formed.Focusing on key technology research and development, standard formulation, product standardization and other aspects of steel structure prefabricated housing, to form a technical system suitable for the development of steel structure prefabricated housing.
